How does it all work?
Your customers pay you the listed retail prices or whatever you choose to charge them, and you pay us your cost plus shipping and any applicable taxes, the rest stays in your pocket!
We Dropship, which means our company name does not appear on your shipments. Your customers will see "DISTRIBUTION CENTER" as package's origin so the source of your merchandise is not disclosed. Your credit card statement will reflect "Daughter Nature" as the merchant. On any return issues, we deal with you, not your customers.

Note: Shipping costs printed on order form are higher than what you'd normally pay us, however some oversized items may require additional shipping charges and may vary by destination and weight. You must put the order through to verify actual costs.

All customers please create an account. Since we Dropship, see explanation above, package's origin reads: "DISTRIBUTION CENTER"
Note: Retailers please be sure to give us your company name and resale ID number. Once your account has been updated, when you place items in cart, your applicable prices will be displayed. We reserve the right to update our prices without advance notice.
Gift Cards are not available at discounted Prices.
Minimum Orders:
We do not require a minimum purchase amount.
Payment Information:
All orders require pre-payment
Note: Texas and California resellers / Retailers must provide a valid resale ID number or Texas and California sales tax will be charged.
Shipping:
We ship within the United States, its territories and Canada. Cost will be determined by weight and shipping destination.

We ship via DHL or UPS Ground. Items weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped via Parcel Post First Class.
Orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via DHL ground.
Orders sent to Hawai'i, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Canadian shipments are via Canada Post and only on Thursdays, so must place order by Tuesday before 5pm ET for shipment on Thursday.
Standard shipping time is up to 7-10 business days within the U.S., usually less for West Coast deliveries. For faster service we offer RUSH DHL 2-Day service to Continental U.S. only No RUSH Service to P.O. Boxes.
Availability of goods:
Due to the speed of which products are sold we can not guarantee that everything posted on our website will be available.
Preparation time:
Preparation time to process an order is up to 2 business days, except during (from September to December and Holidays) when preparation may take longer.
Please Note: Orders are processed once payment is received. We cannot add, change or cancel orders once payment has been made. You will need to place a new order for any new items needed.
Return of Merchandise:
When you order from us, you can be confident that we will go that extra mile to make sure you (and/or your customers) are satisfied with purchase. We must be contacted on all return inquiries so a return label can be sent to you (or your customer). Items MUST NOT be sent back to our mailing address. We will accept return merchandise, for an exchange, if we are notified within 30 days from purchase date due to defective merchandise or errors on our part.
We will replace items without shipping charges. If a refund is requested, a credit will be issued. There will be a 20% restock fee on unwanted returned items and shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by original packaging and packing slip and please be sure return shipment is insured for we will not be responsible for lost or misdirected items. Returns missing any items described above will be rejected, sent back and additional shipping costs will be charged.
We reserve the right to update our policy without advance notice. By doing business with us you agree to terms outlined here. Please print this for your records.
Affiliate Program - There is no charge to join this program. Simply click on the Join/Sign In Affiliate Program from our menu and create an account. Once enrolled and approved as an Affiliate, simply use the automatic tag generator feature from your account. This tool enables you to easily create HTML code and paste it into your web site.
Net sales from your referrals will earn you 1% commission. Your tax ID number will be required to sign up. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse your application if we deem your site to contain objectionable content. By creating an Affiliate account, you agree to these terms.
