How does it all work?
Your customers pay you the listed retail prices or whatever you choose to charge them, and you pay us your cost plus shipping and any applicable taxes, the rest stays in your pocket!
We Drop ship, which means our company name does not appear on your shipments. Your customers will see "DISTRIBUTION CENTER" as package's origin so the source of your merchandise is not disclosed. Your company name can be added to the packing slip.
Your credit card statement will reflect "Daughter Nature" as the merchant. On any return issues, we deal with you, not your customers.

Note: Shipping costs and prices printed on catalog are based on retail prices. Prices and shipping cost listed on Daughter Nature's website are based on your wholesale price. Store Policy
Account
All customers please create an account. Since we Drop ship, see explanation above, package's origin reads: "DISTRIBUTION CENTER"
Note: Retailers please be sure to give us your company name and resale ID number so we can offer you promotional discounts. *No prices are printed on packing slip*. So your customers know merchandise came from you, at check out you can opt to enter your company name and email address in the "Gift Card" section and we will print your information on packing slip.
We reserve the right to update our prices without advance notice.
Gift Cards are not available at discounted Prices.
Minimum Orders:
We do not require a minimum purchase amount. There are no fees for dropshipping.
Payment Information:
All orders require pre-payment via your Daughter Nature® shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal, where you can also pay using your American Express card.
(You must contact us for details if sending payment by mail, No Checks Accepted, only Money Orders)
Note: Texas and California resellers / Retailers must provide a valid resale ID number or Texas and California sales tax will be charged.
Shipping:
We ship within the United States, its territories and Canada. Cost will be determined by price and shipping destination. Click here for Shipping Schedule
Items weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped via Parcel Post First Class.
Orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via UPS ground.
Orders sent to Hawai'i, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Canadian shipments are via Canada Post and only on Thursdays, so must place order by Tuesday before 5pm ET for shipment on Thursday.
Standard UPS Ground shipping time is up to 7-10 business days within the U.S., usually less for West Coast deliveries. For faster service we offer RUSH UPS 2-Day service to Continental U.S. only No RUSH Service to P.O. Boxes.
Availability of goods:
Due to the speed of which products are sold we can not guarantee that everything posted on our website will be available.
Preparation time:
Preparation time to process an order is up to 2 business days, except during (from September to December and Holidays) when preparation may take longer.
Please Note: Orders are processed once payment is received. We cannot add, change or cancel orders once payment has been made. You will need to place a new order for any new items needed.
Return of Merchandise:
When you order from us, you can be confident that we will go that extra mile to make sure you (and/or your customers) are satisfied with purchase. We must be contacted on all return inquiries so a return label can be sent to you (or your customer). Items MUST NOT be sent back to our mailing address. We will accept return merchandise, for an exchange, if we are notified within 30 days from purchase date due to defective merchandise or errors on our part.
We will replace items without shipping charges. If a refund is requested, a credit will be issued. There will be a 20% restock fee on unwanted returned items and shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by original packaging and packing slip and please be sure return shipment is insured for we will not be responsible for lost or misdirected items. A delay will result if returns are missing any items described above.
We reserve the right to update our policy without advance notice. By doing business with us you agree to terms outlined here. Please print this for your records.
Affiliate Program - There is no charge to join this program. Simply click on the Join/Sign In Affiliate Program from our menu and create an account. Once enrolled and approved as an Affiliate, simply use the automatic tag generator feature from your account. This tool enables you to easily create HTML code and paste it into your web site.
Net sales from your referrals will earn you 1% commission. Your tax ID number will be required to sign up. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse your application if we deem your site to contain objectionable content. By creating an Affiliate account, you agree to these terms.
