II. Yes, as "Distribution Center" to the USA it's territories and Canada only at no additional cost. No prices are ever included in packing slip, only in your email confirmation!

IV. All orders are processed within 48 business hours. Canada destinations are shipped on Thursdays only. Shipments may take up to 7 - 10 business days to arrive.
