I. Can I change an order?

I. To streamline our order fulfillment process, no changes and/or cancellations are permitted once order is placed. Please review your order prior to submitting it.  To return an item, please visit our "Return Policy" page.

II. Do you Drop ship outside of the U.S.?

II. Yes, as "Distribution Center" to the USA it's territories and Canada only at no additional cost. No prices are ever included in packing slip, only in your email confirmation! Please review our Store Policy.
Note: Undeliverable packages returned to us, will be charged a $25.00 fee plus additional reshipping charges.

III. Do you ship Gift Cards?

III. No. During check out, tell us name and email address of the person you want card number emailed to.

IV. What are your shipping charges and how long before my order arrives?

IV. All orders are processed within 48 business hours. Canada destinations are shipped on Thursdays only. Shipments may take up to 7 - 10 business days to arrive. 

We ship via UPS/USPS/CANADA POST. TX and CA Resellers must provide valid resale ID number or TX/CA sales tax will be charged. Please click here for more info.
