Should a return be needed, we must be contacted. We will replace damaged item at no additional cost.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item for a refund or replacement.

Should you need to return an item for any reason you must contact us for a Return Authorization Label and return item within 30 days from purchase date. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, all shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment will require RA number so package is routed to correct processing center. If item is not returned with RA number per above instructions, we will charge additional shipping charges to reroute package to correct address. Should you decide to return an item and not request a replacement. We will refund the cost of items minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
All returned items must be accompanied by RA Number, the original package and packing slip. Please include the reason for the return and if paying for shipping on an unwanted package, be sure to insure your items for we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. If return does not include items described above, you will experience a delay in your refund and additional shipping charges if package has to be rerouted to correct location.
If a credit is due, and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. (No shipping charges are refunded and we assess a 20% restocking fee)
Original Art, Catalogs and Gift Cards are not refundable. Please do not return items to our mailing address. Our return label must be used when returning refundable merchandise.
